We are recruiting within our Care and Supported Housing team, looking for friendly, well organised, and compassionate individuals who will support us in providing outstanding care, ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do.
We have a 21-hour post available at our Berrington Court scheme. Are you interested in joining the team?
We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent communication skills, including the ability to empathise and deal sensitively with difficult situations.
Has experience of working with older or vulnerable adults.
Has NVQ2/QCF in Care or willing to work towards.
