We’re hiring Legal Advisors to join our Criminal Defence Direct team — providing vital telephone legal advice to people detained at police stations across the country. You’ll play a real part in protecting people’s rights, often in high-pressure situations.

A written exam forms part of the recruitment process. If you are successful you will be offered a conditional offer subject to you passing the written exam, this is a full accreditation to become a qualified Police Station Representative.

What You'll Be Doing:

Giving clear, calm legal advice by phone
Managing and updating legal cases
Working with supervisors and legal experts
Supporting people in some of the most difficult moments of their lives
Keeping detailed records and following professional legal standards

What We're Looking For:
LPC graduates or individuals with a strong interest in criminal law
Great communication and time management skills
A cool head, sound judgement, and empathy under pressure
Integrity and a respect for confidentiality
