We’re on the hunt for a skilled and passionate Executive Chef to take charge of our kitchen in East London! About the Role
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Salary: £60000 to £70000 depending on experience
- Location: Limehouse, East London
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a dedicated, fast paced kitchen team
- Design and execute seasonal menus using fresh, local ingredients
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Manage stock, suppliers, costs, and kitchen compliance
- Ensure a consistent and efficient service across all operations
About You
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef
- Confident in managing both day-to-day kitchen operations and long-term planning
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Committed to delivering exceptional food with consistency and creativity
- Reliable, organised, and able to maintain a calm and professional approach
