Hours of Work: Flexiable working pattern 22.5 Per Week

Office Based – 3 days per week (Monday to Friday)

Location: Blackpool (head office)

Rate of Pay: £12.50 per hour

Fixed Term Contract: 9-month Maternity Cover - starting ASAP

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Be creative in producing job adverts to continually attract new candidates.
Take a leading role in the organisation’s recruitment process.

Discrete when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Personable and able to build relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


Ensuring job adverts are fit for purpose, engaging and attracting quality candidates.
Actively sourcing candidates through a variety of methods including job portals, social media platforms, job boards and recruitment fairs.
Building and maintaining close working relationships with Hiring Managers.
Proactively engaging with new candidates to ensure they are supported throughout the recruitment process to enable a smooth candidate experience.
Supporting the Hiring Managers with all aspects of the recruitment process including updating vacancy trackers, booking candidate interviews and advising how to achieve recruitment targets.
Processing new starter documentation including carrying out background checks, requesting references and ensuring candidates have completed the mandatory training required, which provides them with the knowledge and skills to carry out their role effectively.
Providing weekly and monthly reports on recruitment outcomes.
Work in close partnership with the Job Centre.
To actively seek out Job Fairs in ICare’s localities.
Responsibility for performing exit interviews with leavers.


Skill set and experience required:


Previous experience in recruitment (Ideally in the care sector).
Experience of working across and with multiple sites.
Proven experience of recruiting large numbers of staff within a tight timescale.
Excellent IT Skills including MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Have proven organisational and administrative skills.
Knowledge of Job Recruitment Fairs.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills.
Outstanding references and a clear DB.
Vehicle owner with full driving license.
