Summary

25 hours/week, 33,194 pro rata, (Hybrid-working option available)

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring of the organisations activities, including assisting the Management Team with monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual reports on the progress of activities/services to relevant funders

Develop and strengthen existing monitoring processes to allow for better demonstration of the impact of service delivery, including the expansion of the current resource as identified by the Management Team

Maintain and develop CRM systems to allow for accurate recording and reporting

Purpose of the Post:

To work with the management team to plan and deliver the monitoring and evaluation
aspects of our organisation. The role will develop the existing monitoring functions
and practices in place to support carers and disabled people, whilst also ensuring
recording systems are fit for purpose, maintained and developed.

Key Duties

• Maintain and develop our CRM system (CharityLog) to allow for accurate recording and reporting

• Monitoring of the organisations activities, including assisting the Management Team with monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annually on the progress of activities/services to relevant funders

• Develop and strengthen existing monitoring processes to allow for better demonstration of impact of service delivery, including the expansion of the current resource as identified by the Management Team

• Assist managers with funding applications and submissions

• Provide and analyse information and statistics for teams, the Management Team and the Board of Trustees, on a regular basis to inform the direction of planned services for carers and disabled people

• Provide and analyse information and statistics to be used at local and national levels to develop strategic work with partners

• Liaise with the Management Team on GDPR related activities, including the development of relevant policies and procedures

• Assist with data collection for Subject Access Requests.

• Assist teams with developing evaluation tools and support them in their use.

• Help to deliver training on monitoring and evaluation functions and practices

• Line manage staff and volunteers if required and as identified by the Team Manager (Communications & Quality)

• Support the Health and Social Care Partnership with the National Carers Census return.

• To carry out any other duties commensurate with the level of the post, as directed by the Team Manager (Communications & Quality) and the CEO.

General Duties

• To maintain accurate and confidential records

• To work within the Centre’s existing and new policies and procedures

• To work within the Centre’s multi-disciplinary team to ensure that all carers and disabled people receive the best service possible

• To undertake all necessary training as identified with the Team Manager (Communications & Quality)

• Produce reports to inform management, Board and external stakeholders as requested

• To undertake any other duties as required ensuring the development and success of Dundee Carers Centre
