What skills and experience we're looking for

West Hill Primary Academy are looking to recruit a One to One Teaching Assistant (Associate Teacher) to join their staff on a fixed term contract until 31 August 2026.

The working hours are 8.30am - 3.30pm , Monday to Friday. The salary is £24,513 full time equivalent, actual pro rata salary of £18,206.42 based on 32.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.

West Hill Primary Academy works closely with the other schools in The Golden Thread Alliance and there are a great number of opportunities for developing the best provision within the Dartford and Gravesham areas.

Two references are also required prior to commencement of employment.
