As our Team Leader, you`ll provide day-to-day leadership to a talented team within our Mental Health Support Team (MHST) in schools across the area. You`ll support practitioners to deliver safe, effective interventions, while also shaping how we collaborate with schools and partners to meet local needs. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety and challenge. You`ll guide clinical decision-making, oversee risk management, and help embed inclusive, evidence-based practice in everything we do.
