Crynodeb
Your responsibilities will include both clinical and administrative tasks such as taking vital signs, assisting with wound care, obtaining diagnostic specimens, supporting feeding choices, and ensuring the smooth running of ward areas. You'll be expected to demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal and time-management skills, with the ability to adapt to the emotional and physical demands of a maternity setting. You'll also have a role in mentoring junior support workers and student midwives, helping to foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented working environment.
