About the RoleThis full-time, permanent role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact every single day. With a 37-hour working week, working term-time plus 5 days, 8am until 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3.30pm Friday's. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting.
You will have comprehension of Health & Safety legislation in relation to the working environment and safe practices (Recommended IOSH Qualification), knowledge of all risk assessments required in regards to Health & Safety, understanding of the Home/School transport regulations particularly with reference to Catholic schools and the ability to provide accurate statistical information.
We are looking for a candidate who is able to prioritise their work, is able to support students, has a professional relationship with students and is able to be flexible in how they work.
Your mission as Finance & Health & Safety Coordinator:
Key responsibilities include:
Work closely with the Responsible Property Office (RPO), Senior Leadership Team and Trust on Health & Safety and Finance
Problem-solving: Take ownership of Health & Safety and Finance within the Academy ensuring policies and procedures are met and in line with legislation.
Development & growth: Learn new skills, share your knowledge, and help us achieve excellence in everything we do.
