What you'll be doing;
- Process customer enquiries and bookings for hazardous waste disposal services
- Handle internal and external customer queries while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies
- Provide accurate quotations and information to customers in a timely manner
- Complete work within agreed team targets, from initial query to collection scheduling
- Process legislative paperwork and ensure compliance with waste management regulations
- Book transport, input waste details, and order labels while liaising with external sales team
- Enter and maintain accurate data in the Salesforce system
- Ensure service delivery is cost-effective while adhering to all Veolia policies and procedures
What we're looking for;
- Previous customer service experience.
- Computer literate
- Exceptional communication and organisation skills.
- Previous waste industry experience.
- Knowledge Salesforce systems
