What you'll be doing;

  • Process customer enquiries and bookings for hazardous waste disposal services
  • Handle internal and external customer queries while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies
  • Provide accurate quotations and information to customers in a timely manner
  • Complete work within agreed team targets, from initial query to collection scheduling
  • Process legislative paperwork and ensure compliance with waste management regulations
  • Book transport, input waste details, and order labels while liaising with external sales team
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in the Salesforce system
  • Ensure service delivery is cost-effective while adhering to all Veolia policies and procedures



What we're looking for;

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Computer literate
  • Exceptional communication and organisation skills.
  • Previous waste industry experience.
  • Knowledge Salesforce systems
