Are you a dedicated RVN searching for a role that offers both professional fulfilment and true work-life balance? Whether you're newly qualified or an experienced nurse ready for a change, this is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, 5-branch, RCVS-accredited small animal group based on the beautiful South Coast.

You’ll become part of a close-knit, supportive team where collaboration, development, and wellbeing are top priorities. Each branch works closely together, not just professionally but socially too — you’ll never feel like just a number here.

The role offers all the variety you’d expect from a dynamic small animal practice. You'll be involved in all aspects of nursing, from theatre and inpatient care to nurse consults and building lasting client relationships. As a training practice, student veterinary nurses will also be working alongside you, so if you enjoy mentoring, there’s a great opportunity to help others grow while advancing your own clinical skills.

This team values your career ambitions and supports development through CPD, certificates, and tailored progression. With a diverse caseload from both urban and rural clients, you’ll gain broad clinical experience in a modern, well-equipped environment.

Perhaps one of the biggest draws is the culture. The team here genuinely cares — about the pets they treat, the clients they support, and each other. Flexibility and wellbeing are baked into the rota, so you can enjoy both your work and your life outside of it.

The Package:

• Starting salary from £27,500 DOE
• Full-time role: Monday – Friday (41.25 hours per week)
• Saturday rota 1:4 (5 hr shift)
• Shifts between 8am and 7pm Mon – Fri and Sat 8am – 1pm with no OOH or bank hols
• 6 weeks paid holiday including bank holidays
• £600 CPD Allowance per annum
• RCVS Membership paid plus one other membership subscription
• VDS cover
• Enhanced paternity, maternity, adoption, shared parental leave and surrogacy pay
• Discounted veterinary fees
• Cycle to work scheme
• CPD/training support
• Company sick pay
• Annual pay reviews
