Come and join us! We currently have exciting opportunities for an Operations Coordinator to join our team in Thetford

The hours of work and shift patterns are: 06:00 - 18:00, 4on 4off
- The rate of pay is: £14.40 per hour, (plus a 10% shift allowance when working night shift)

Main Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the following key tasks:

Co-ordinating labour throughout the operational areas
Managing costs within Operations and communicating daily with external services, invoicing, purchase orders
Assisting Managers with staff management processes such as probationary reviews and Return to Work interviews.

Ideal Candidate:

You will have:

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to coordinate daily and weekly operational labour requirements
A good level of spoken and written English and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Experience of IT systems including Microsoft Excel
Experience of SAP is preferred but not essential.
