Staff Nurse – Day Shifts | £22ph + Paid Breaks
Salary: £22 per hour + paid breaks
Hours: 36–42 hours per week (permanent, full-time)
Shifts: Day Shifts Only
Our client is seeking a compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their dedicated team at a luxury care home for older adults. What We’re Looking For
- A valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
- A genuine interest in caring for older people, particularly those living with dementia
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A kind, thoughtful and proactive approach to care
- Ability to work independently and confidently within a supportive team

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents with a range of complex needs
- Administer medication safely and monitor health conditions
- Work collaboratively with care teams, GPs, and families to ensure residents' well-being
- Maintain accurate records in line with professional and regulatory standards
- Promote a homely, inclusive atmosphere where every resident feels heard and respected
- Supervise and support care staff, contributing to training and team development
