Permanent, Full-Time Thursday to Monday 10am - 5pm

£26,000 - £30,000 per annum + uncapped commission scheme

A Growing medium sized Housing Developer are looking for a Sales Advisor for a brand new site in Sutton in Ashfield. Offering progression opportunities within the business and a personal training plan from day one.

Job Duties:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers interested in purchasing new build housing
• Provide information on available properties, pricing, and financing options
• Coordinate site visits and tours for potential buyers
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Driving Licence

Experience:

Prior experience in new build housing sales or property sales preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of the property market and sales process

Working Conditions:

This role may require working evenings and weekends to accommodate customer schedules. Travel to various properties and construction sites is also expected.
