Location: Drayton, OX14 (Just a 10min Walk From Drayton Park Golf Club)
Pay Rate: £12.83 per hour (sleep-ins paid at £50 per night)
Hours: Part-Time (18 Hours + Sleep-In Shift)
Shifts: Day shifts and sleep-in shifts
Transport: Great bus links from Oxford and Didcot make commuting easy!

Who Will You Be Supporting?
You'll be joining a stable, welcoming team supporting two gentlemen and one lady in their home. All three individuals have autism and epilepsy, and each brings their own unique personality, interests, and routines.
Your role will include:
- Daily Living Support: Helping with personal care, medication, and mobility
- Meaningful Engagement: Encouraging participation in hobbies and community activities
- Empowerment: Supporting independence and building confidence
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with a supportive and experienced team
