We are seeking a Call Centre Agent to contact prospective customers focusing on the energy efficiency of their homes, helping us understand their needs and improve our services. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to get into an exciting and growing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to prospective customers to identify products of interest.
· Build rapport with potential clients and encourage participation in the call.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and responses.

Requirements:
· Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality.
· A passion for speaking with people and helping them understand the value of energy efficiency.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a variety of people.
· No prior experience necessary – training will be provided.
· Must be able to work effectively on your own and as part of a team.
