Liaise with agencies such as housing, health, social services, police, and legal professionals to advocate for clients.
Participate in the delivery of both daytime and out-of-hours helpline services.
Support clients in making their homes safer and accessing refuge or counselling services where appropriate.
Highlight safeguarding concerns and report them in line with IDAS procedures.
Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring services are accessible and responsive to the needs of all communities, including those who are underrepresented or marginalised.
