Crynodeb
The role will help the daily running of a busy residential surveying office – Responsibilities include:
• Taking inbound/making outbound calls
• Managing multiple surveyor’s appointment schedules
• Taking payments by card/cash
• Dealing with any call/walk-in enquiries
• Scanning documents and uploading appropriately onto online platform systems
• Managing emails and other platforms to book out job requests
• Any other general reception/administrative duties in line with the business requirements
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills; enjoy speaking with people in a professional manner and working with a small team within the busy southside office.
Good organisational and IT skills are required – Including knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
Experience within the property sector is preferred, but not essential.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 37 hours per week
