Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We are an experienced care recruitment agency currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers in Aberdare to join our growing team, working with a respected supported living provider.
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or physical disabilities live as independently as possible. Duties may include:
Providing personal care and daily living support
Supporting with meal preparation, medication, and household tasks
Encouraging participation in social, educational, and community activities
Promoting independence and well-being
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in care/support work (at least 6 months)
A genuine passion for helping others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work shifts between 07:00–20:00
An enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one)
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rates: £14.00 – £15.00
