Crynodeb
The successful candidate will work as a specialist nurse within an established multi-professional team caring for children and young people with epilepsy. You will be hospital based supporting complex in-patient care and facilitating discharge plans for the patient group. Much of the work is undertaken on an outreach basis by nurse-led telephone clinics providing clinical advice and support to families caring for children with long term conditions at home. You will also support nurse-led and multi-professional outpatient clinics.
