Reporting directly to Head of Housing finance the role will support the rent setting policy and service charge coordination. They will also be responsible for all rent statement, direct debits and cash allocation for housing transactions. The role will need to be a good communicator, working closely with the housing teams and liaising with housing benefit-

About the role
Your main duties will include:
- Supporting with setting rents for Social Housing Tenants ensuring full compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing.
- Reviewing Voids and recharges
- Assist in month-end reporting.
- Sending out Rent statements and reconciling in Pyramid
About you
The successful applicant will have:
- Must be part Qualified Accountant - AAT or equivalent
- Possess good organisational, administrative and analytical skills
- A good understanding of the income streams and construction of budgets for Social Housing
- Able to analysis data and make positive Recommendations
