We're looking for an Elite Relief Security Officer to join our high-performing team, providing crucial support across multiple sites. What You'll Need
-SIA License - Essential
-Full UK Driving Licence & Own Vehicle - Mandatory
-Previous experience in security - Strongly preferred
-SC Clearance - Desirable, but not essential
-CCTV PSS SIA Licence - Required or willingness to obtain
-A commitment to professional development - including additional training and license renewals
The RoleAs an Elite Relief Officer, you'll be responsible for safeguarding property, people, and assets in accordance with each site's Assignment Instructions (AIs). You'll step into different roles as needed, maintaining consistent, high-quality security services while remaining flexible and adaptable.
Key Responsibilities Include:
-Ensuring full compliance with company policies and industry regulations
-Responding to incidents quickly and effectively
-Maintaining a visible, professional security presence
-Reporting health and safety concerns or potential threats
-Using technology and systems to complete tasks accurately
-Staying alert and making sound decisions under pressure
-Writing clear and concise incident reports and log entries
-Performing regular check calls and escalating emergencies as required
Training & DevelopmentWe're committed to helping you grow. You'll receive all required competency training and access to additional courses to support continuous development. We expect our officers to take initiative in maintaining their qualifications, including SIA licence renewals.
