Location: The locations for this role are Newport, Titchfield (Fareham) or Manchester.
We operate a flexible hybrid working model across the UK, with colleagues linked to one of our contractual locations and working between office and remote throughout the week. As part of the hybrid working arrangement there is a 40% minimum office attendance requirement.
Salary: £43,013 - £46,654 + up to £5,000 skills allowance

We're looking for a security professional with a good understanding of data protection legislation, regulations and threat evaluation to join our Security Development Compliance and Audit (SDCA) team. This team acts as subject matter experts, advising stakeholders on the whole lifecycle, security and governance of sensitive information stored within our data access environments.
You'll lead the team in development and implementation of data protection assurance and audit capabilities, providing expertise across the organisation on compliance and on risk management.
This is a great opportunity to take on a key role in our organisation, putting your expertise to the test thanks to the vast diversity of situations you will lend your expertise to - all the while helping to develop not only this function in the organisation but the team of specialists you'll be leading day-to-day!
What's important to the role?
-Knowledge of data protection legislation & regulations
-Understanding of UK Government security policy framework & Information Assurance standards (e.g. ISO27001)
-Ability to assess risks & threats and offer mitigations and/or protective measures
-Capability to line manage multi-disciplinary team of specialists across multiple sites
