One of our trusted clients – a UK-based business focused on employability training and job placement services for international graduates, particularly Mandarin-speaking candidates - is currently hiring. The employer is a genuine, active sponsor licensed to hire international skilled workers under the UK's Skilled Worker visa route.
The successful applicant will join the client’s team as an Employment Consultant, working with international job seekers to help them enter the UK job market through tailored coaching and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-to-one and small-group career consultations
- Advise clients on CV writing, interview skills, job search strategies, and UK employment expectations
- Engage UK employers and recruiters to identify relevant job opportunities
- Monitor client progress, maintain accurate records, and provide follow-up support
- Support the development of training content and client resources
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum); Master’s preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (required)
- Knowledge of the UK job market and graduate recruitment process
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, employability services, or education is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
