Crynodeb
Work within an awareness of NICE/ CQC guidelines. To support service users with activities of daily living including mealtimes, continence support, dressing, personal care. Provide compassionate and quality led care during activities. Complete all relevant paperwork as required and without delay, including reporting incidents where appropriate. To work within the Health and Safety policies in accordance with Schoen Clinic guidelines; Demonstrate awareness of safeguarding principles in all dealings with service users and their families (where appropriate); As per the needs of Schoen Clinic, help colleagues and support other on-site services. Work collaboratively to provide support to the Nurses and other colleagues.
