Role: Area Business Consultant
Area: Remote, with travel in the Bristol, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire region
Salary: From £27,000 + uncapped commission
Work Style: Home-based with regular field travel

We’re looking for a motivated and professional Area Business Consultant to help us grow our presence in the local area. If you have a background in sales or business development and enjoy working both independently and out in the field, this could be a great fit.

At HIT Training Ltd, we support businesses and learners through high-quality apprenticeships and training programmes. Your role will be to connect with employers, understand their needs, and offer solutions that make a real difference.

What you'll be doing

As an Area Business Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind new business growth in your region. You’ll:


Prospect and convert leads into long-term clients.
Promote our full suite of Apprenticeships, funded training, and commercial courses.
Own your territory, build a strong local network and represent HIT at events.
Deliver compelling pitches and presentations that close deals.
Use our CRM to track your pipeline and stay on top of your game.


About you

We’re seeking proactive, confident individuals with the following skills and experience:


Experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely and independently.
Organised and able to manage your own schedule and pipeline.
Ideally, some knowledge of the training or apprenticeship sector.

Our Area Business Consultants can expect a competitive base salary starting from £27,000 plus our benefits and commission package:


Achievable uncapped commission, based on new starts per month + additional tax-free bonuses when company targets are met.
