This role is based at our offices in Aldgate with travel across the Home Counties
Are you a highly experienced and commercially-minded Senior Project Manager with a passion for making a real difference? The Good Care Group and Oxford Aunts are at the forefront of the care industry, setting standards for high-quality, personalised services that empower individuals to live independently in their own homes for longer. We're looking for a dynamic leader to join our team on a 3-6 month fixed-term contract and spearhead the continued growth of our home care business across London and the Home Counties.
You’ll have a strong commercial background in the healthcare sector, and be experienced in system implementation, transfer of new employees (under TUPE) and data integration ideally through your experience of leading acquisitions. This role will also involve liaising with and supporting all relevant senior stakeholders across The Good Care Group and Oxford Aunts.

What you’ll be doing:
You will develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets and resources. You’ll ensure project governance is in place to maintain traction and ensure all stakeholders understand what they need to deliver and by when. By coordinating and leading project meetings you’ll ensure action items are followed up on, project risks and issues are identified and mitigated, as well as fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
You’ll have:
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A strong commercial background with experience in the healthcare sector
- Expertise in system implementation and data integration
- Operational and strategic experience of employee transfers (under TUPE)
- Ability to develop and lead communications across employee teams
- Exceptional ability to liaise with and support stakeholders at all levels across the organisation
- Crucially, you're someone who shows initiative and brings fresh ideas to the table
