Morgan Hunt is anticipating new opportunities for Project Worker roles, partnering with a number of well-respected homeless charities in [Insert Location], London, to recruit passionate and experienced individuals to support vulnerable people. This is a temporary position focused on providing essential one-to-one support for individuals experiencing homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to individuals experiencing homelessness
- Conduct assessments and contribute to personalized support plans
- Accurately record and update client notes and handovers using basic IT systems
- Assist in developing care plans in collaboration with key workers and other support staff
- Accompany clients to appointments and support their attendance
- Ensure that hostels meet health and safety standards (light cleaning may be required)
- Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring proactive client engagement and regular follow-ups
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within homelessness services, housing, or social care
- Proven experience managing a caseload of vulnerable individuals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Empathy, compassion, and a client-focused approach
- Confident working with individuals with dual diagnosis and complex needs
- Comfortable working around pets (some clients may have dogs)
- Proficient with basic IT systems for daily documentation
