Rhondda Cynon Taf Council is looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join their frontline services team as Loaders during a peak period of seasonal workload. Key Duties
Assist with waste, recycling, and refuse collection across the borough
Safely load materials onto collection vehicles, following all health and safety guidance
Work effectively as part of a team to complete designated routes on time
Provide high standards of service to the public and represent the council with professionalism
Carry out basic vehicle checks and report any incidents or issues to supervisors

Good level of physical fitness to carry out manual handling duties
Willingness to work in all weather conditions
Strong team ethic and dependable attitude
Punctuality and a flexible approach to daily tasks
Previous waste/recycling or outdoor manual work is an advantage but not essential
