Neway is currently looking for a Senior Parking Projects Manager to join our client based with the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
Location: The Woolwich Centre
Contract Type: Full-time | 35 hours per week
Rate: £377.58 PAYE / £475.00 Umbrella (Inside IR35)
Duration: 7th July – 15th August 2025

Ready to steer change in one of London’s most dynamic boroughs? The Royal Borough of Greenwich is on the lookout for a skilled and proactive Senior Parking Projects Manager to join the Regeneration, Enterprise & Skills team and lead vital transport and parking initiatives across the borough.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the streetscape, support sustainable transport goals, and enhance the experience of residents and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, oversee, and monitor borough-wide parking projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
Manage and quality-check contractors and staff conducting desktop and on-street surveys
Prepare and manage contracts, tender documents, and financial estimates across capital and revenue budgets
Develop and monitor project plans, funding strategies, and service improvements
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants and design contractors
Provide reports on project milestones, evaluate outcomes, and maintain governance standards
Support flexible, innovative, and customer-oriented approaches to service delivery
What We’re Looking For
Expert-level proficiency in CAD and GIS systems
Demonstrated experience overseeing technical and operational survey teams
Strong understanding of parking project design and delivery (parking design experience is a plus)
Ability to manage budgets, create contract documents, and analyse financial data
Strong project leadership and communication skills
Flexibility and commitment to high-quality outcomes
