Step into a vibrant, dynamic kitchen where culinary creativity meets precision and passion. We’re seeking an exceptional Sous Chef to join our elite catering team, delivering exquisite breakfast and lunch experiences that delight every palate.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
Expertly prepare and present high-quality dishes with flair and consistency
Lead, inspire, and mentor a dedicated kitchen team of 4 to deliver excellence every service
Uphold impeccable food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
Manage kitchen operations including food cost control, waste reduction, and stock management
Collaborate closely with the wider team to enhance menu offerings and elevate the dining experience
Ensure every dish leaving the kitchen is a testament to quality, taste, and presentation
Your Culinary Journey Includes:
Hands-on cooking and leadership in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment
Breakfast and lunch service from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday (5 days out of 7)
Serving a discerning clientele with impeccable standards
