HR and Health and Safety Officer! Salary £30,000- £35,000 DOE!
We are currently looking for an experienced HR and Health and Safety Officer. This role will be working for a well-known Men’s clothing company based in Derby.
Your responsibilities will include: -
•Delivering HR support and managing Health and Safety compliance across the business
•Conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
•Supporting and managing disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and workplace investigations
•Drafting and managing employment contracts and related documentation
•Advising management on employment law and HR best practices
•Promoting a positive and safe working environment
Experience required for this role are:-
•CIPD Level 5 or higher qualification (or equivalent) in HR
•NEBOSH or equivalent qualification in Health and Safety
•Minimum 2 years’ experience working in HR with a strong Health and Safety background
•Solid knowledge of employment law, disciplinary procedures, and risk assessment processes
•Strong communication and organisational skills
This is a Permanent position
Working days are Monday to Friday
Hours are 0800 to1630
This role is offering a salary of between £30,000 and £35,000 per annum dependant on experience.
