We have a great opportunity to work as part of our friendly and supportive HR Case Management team dealing with a varied employee relations caseload. In this role you will be the first point of contact for managers requiring advice and guidance on employee relations matters; therefore we need an HR Case Advisor who will listen to our customers and provide sound and meaningful advice by contextualising policy, procedures and best practice.
The role would suit someone with extensive HR case management experience, is confident to deal with the full range of low through to high-risk employee relations matters and has up to date employment law knowledge.
This role will require travel to different sites across East Renfrewshire and we can accommodate a degree of hybrid working with some hours worked at home, depending on the needs of the service/workload.
This is a part-time role, and we are happy to discuss a working pattern over ideally 4 working days.
