The Best Connection are looking for an enthusiastic & experienced Manager to join a new team based in Falkirk on a temporary to permanent basis.
This role will include: Being responsible for a team of 5/6 people Conducting team meetings & delegating tasks Updating weekly Rota Dealing with Sickness Holidays & Payroll issues Liaising with Sit managers on the above. Overseeing the overall running of the shop store For this role you must have: Previous Retail and/or Manager experience Must be able to work full shift patterns Happy to do lone working Retail sales: 3 years (required) Pay rate: £12.79 Shifts: Store opening times are 9am to 6pm Expected hours: 34 - 40 per week Rota will be in please 4 or 5 days a week including the majority of Saturdays and peak sale periods.

- Hourly rate as above, or the appropriate National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
