Norbreck Primary Academy is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our hardworking team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and make a real difference in our large, well-regarded primary school.
About the role:
You will be the first point of contact for parents, carers, visitors and other stakeholders, acting as an ambassador for the school and reflecting our values in every interaction. You’ll support a range of administrative, financial and organisational processes to help the school run smoothly.
This is a part-time, term-time only role, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 2:45pm.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A friendly, approachable and professional manner
• Strong IT skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• A commitment to the values and ethos of Norbreck Primary Academy
