What skills and experience we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing an office and demonstrate that they have a good working knowledge in finance. Be an enthusiastic leader and team player and have a can-do attitude to be able to provide support to the Head teacher, Senior Leadership Team and all staff members. The role requires strong organisational skills to manage a varied workload. They will have an understanding of relevant legislation and compliance including, but not limited to, safeguarding and GDPR. They will be discreet and trust worthy and able to handle sensitive information and situations with professionalism.
