What skills and experience we're looking for
Due to the increasing number of pupils in our school, we are seeking to recruit a Teaching Assistant for 32.5 hours a week to support the needs of our pupils. The post also requires 8 hours across four days in our After-School Club.

The successful candidates will need to have:
• The skills and confidence to work with children in early years and Key Stage 1;
• A proven track record in effectively supporting individuals within a primary school setting;
• The ability to establish excellent relationships with children and promote aspirational achievement for all groups of learners;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team;
• Believe in the inclusion for all and is able to implement strategies to support children with SEND.
