Search are looking for a Chef de Partie!

- Exciting Opportunity in a High-Volume Production Kitchen

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join their dynamic production kitchen team. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, producing a diverse range of products for large-scale banqueting, events, stadia, and hotel clients.

Role Overview:

  • Prepare, cook, pack, and label food products to exacting quality and specification standards

  • Rotate across various kitchen areas, collaborating with team members to meet production targets

  • Adhere strictly to HACCP procedures, food safety, hygiene regulations, and allergen controls

  • Maintain impeccable kitchen cleanliness and hygiene

  • Monitor and manage waste and portion control to maximise efficiency

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 3 years' experience as a chef, preferably with some exposure to high-volume or production kitchen environments

  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-moving setting

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen management

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience within a production kitchen is advantageous but not essential

  • Formal cookery qualification such as SVQ is a plus
