Registered Nurse – RGN/RMN


£20 per Hour | Full-Time – 4 Night Shifts per Week

What We’re Looking For



  • A valid NMC PIN (Registered Nurse – RGN or RMN)

  • Post-registration experience within a UK nursing home setting

  • Confident clinical knowledge and strong communication skills

  • A caring, calm, and reliable approach to night care

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities


As a Staff Nurse – Nights, you will:



  • Deliver person-centred care to residents in line with clinical best practices

  • Carry out assessments, create care plans, and support medication management

  • Monitor the health and wellbeing of residents, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the night

  • Provide guidance to care assistants and contribute to a cohesive night team

  • Respond to emergencies and ensure accurate record-keeping in line with regulatory standards

  • Promote dignity, choice, and independence in all aspects of care
