Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with landlords, and developers, and supporting the company’s growth objectives through lead generation, client acquisition, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities within the residential and commercial property sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, letting agents, developers.
Promote the company's letting and property management services to prospective clients.
Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients to pitch company services.
Respond promptly to incoming enquiries and follow up leads through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
Conduct market research to understand local competition, property trends, and client needs.
Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to generate leads.
Work closely with the lettings and property management teams to ensure seamless on-boarding and client satisfaction.
Key Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (property or lettings industry preferred).
Strong understanding of the UK lettings market and landlord requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (desirable but not essential).
Relevant industry qualifications.(advantageous)
