We are looking for candidates with good organisational and time management skills who have relevant experience and are keen to continue to develop their practise in our growing Occupational Therapy team. This post would be suitable for a Band 6 occupational therapist with childrens community experience, ready to take on Band 7 responsibilities or a Band 7 therapist looking for a new challenge. The successful applicant will thrive on working as part of a team and have excellent communication skills. The role requires close working between 5 band 7s and the clinical lead OT. There is a well-established appraisal system and a commitment to support staff to develop leadership and clinical skills, through regular supervision and internal and external training opportunities. The successful candidate will take a leading role in planning and co-ordinating service delivery and will be responsible for a caseload of children and young people with a wide range of difficulties, conditions, or disabilities. You will need to demonstrate excellent clinical knowledge, ability to provide highly specialist assessment and advanced therapeutic skills as well as high standards of time management and organisational skills.
