Crynodeb
Jobs with 5 Programmed Activities will be offered as 4 Direct Clinical Care (DCC) and 1 Supporting Professional Activity (SPA). There will be an initial job plan review meeting with the Clinical Director within the first 6 months of employment. The specific job plan will be developed in partnership between the needs of the department and the successful applicant. The post will have direct clerical and operational support as well as secondary administrative support to facilitate the consultants participation in national and local audits and registries. The department are moving towards a team-based approach to their workload. Resources are deployed flexibly in the way that best meets patients needs. The post holder would be expected to participate in this approach. The job plan will involve the following commitments: - Up to 4 PAs Direct Clinical Care including: 8 attending weeks per year No less than 1 PA Supporting Professional Activities Agreement should be reached with the Clinical Director with regard to scheduling of activities, including Supporting Professional Activities.
