Crynodeb
Main duties of the job You would be expected to demonstrate effective communication skills due to the nature of the role in working with children and families. Proactive communication withcolleagues and partners is also essential to ensure local health priorities are addressed to improve health outcomes for children in Barnet. Good IT skills are essential for the role and you will be involved in delivering key aspects of the Healthy Child Programme. Supporting the development of the service and working with colleagues and partners, to ensure the delivery of a safe and effective Universal Health Provision as delegated by the Health Visitor/Team Leader. The role includes assessing children's development, supporting families with infant feeding and child development. We will offer a comprehensive and robust induction programme, with a six-month probation period.
