Property Lawyer for a County Council at North-West England!
This is a full time temporary position on ongoing basis - fully remote.
Experience as a transactional Highways Lawyer and have a good working knowledge in:
Road Traffic Orders
Stopping Up Procedure and Orders
Experimental Orders
Section 22 Orders
Providing Highways advice to client teams
Providing legal comments in committee reports where there is a highways angle
Section 278 Agreements
Rights of Way, Bridleways, Cycle Tracks
Providing support for junior members of the team if required.
