    What You’ll Be Doing

    As a Children’s Support Worker, your responsibilities will include providing day-to-day emotional and practical support, helping with routines, educational activities, and life skills, promoting positive behaviour, and creating a stable, caring environment. You’ll work within individual care plans and ensure all safeguarding protocols are upheld while helping young people feel seen, heard, and valued.

    What We’re Looking For

    • You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.


    • A minimum of 6 months’ experience working with children or young people in a UK care setting is essential.


    • NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (or Health & Social Care – Children’s Pathway), or working towards.


    • A calm, resilient approach and strong behaviour management skills.


    • Flexibility to work across different shift types and locations.


    • A clear enhanced DBS, which can be applied for during registration.
