We currently have a great opportunity for a Repairs Administrator to join our busy repairs team on a temporary basis, initially for 3 months.
The Role
In this key support role, you'll be responsible for processing repairs and appointment orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely communication with clients and contractors. You'll play a vital part in helping us deliver an efficient, responsive service - managing schedules, resolving queries, and producing essential reports. If you have strong IT and administrative skills, a great telephone manner, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork matter, we’d love to hear from you.
Skills and experience required:
Experience of managing work schedules and arranging appointments for site operatives
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations with diplomacy
Experience of general administrative tasks data entry, filing and photocopying
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Good IT skills and ability to use Word, Excel and Outlook with aptitude to learn new systems as required
Outstanding customer care skills
