At Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA), we’re looking for a Procurement Delivery Lead to help us shape the future of procurement and make a real difference to the services we provide across our communities.
As Procurement Delivery Lead, you’ll play a central role in delivering procurement
strategies that support both operational excellence and social value. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading complex procurements across a wide range of categories, managing supplier relationships, and delivering tangible value through robust, compliant, and commercially effective procurement activity.
You’ll bring strong contract management skills, excellent stakeholder engagement abilities, and an understanding of public sector procurement. Experience with eProcurement systems, and trend/spend data analysis will serve you well. We’re looking for someone with demonstrable experience in delivering cost savings, efficiencies, and social value. What matters most is your drive, problem-solving ability, and passion for making procurement astrategic enabler of great outcomes.
CCHA owns and manages more than 7,400 homes across the North of England in Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear and North Lancashire.
