The Job People are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution centre in Oldbury - B70
We require candidates to work x 4 - 12 hour night shifts
Warehouse Operative - 19.00 - 07.00
Must be able to read & understand English.
We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic colleagues who are willing to work long term with the opportunity to gain a full-time contract.
Self-Motivated, Friendly.
Able to effectively communicate with managers and colleagues.
Have a 'can-do' attitude and willing to carry out some other warehouse duties when required
Shift Hours as a Warehouse Operative:
- Fixed night shift
- 12 hour shift 7pm - 7am
- On occasion, work could be 10pm till 7am (depending on work loads)
- 1 hour break
- £13.43 per hour
- Long term work
- Opportunity to go permanent after a qualifying period.
Duties as a Warehouse Operative in Oldbury:
- Support the operation fully with all duties requested
- You will be required to re label items all shift
- This is repetitive work
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be motivated - we have a set amount of work to do each night.
- Ensuring accuracy make sure no mistakes are made.
- Moving pallets and stock to various locations
- Support with loading and unloading deliveries.
- Use of scanners and labelling machines.
- General duties as and when required.
