The main responsibilities of this position are:
Supervise requests for storing of leisure vehicles on site.
Process and approve requests for keeping pets on Station.
Coordinate requests to keep Firearms on Station and inside Service Family Accommodation, as per relevant policies.
Support the management of car parking on site.
Prioritise and process Visits and Events applications and co-ordinate visit and event meetings.
Regularly update and review the Station Programme Plan.
Assist with co-ordinating Honours and Awards Ceremonies.
Prepare and set up the monthly Station Arrivals Brief.
Act as secretary for various station meetings as required. Ensuring accurate records are kept.
Work with and provide support to the Media and Communications Officer (MCO) on coordinating tasks/events and deputise for the MCO during their absences.
