To assist the Pullman Chef in all aspects of food preparation and service to passengers onboard the Pullman Dining Train in a friendly, professional and profitable manner, ensuring high standards of food & service are maintained and all safety & hygiene regulations are followed.
The Pullman Dining Train operates a Lunchtime Service, various days including weekends during the main operating season until 3rd November, with additional services running 25th November – 4th January 2026.
The Pullman Dining Team provide a fine dining experience for up to 110 guests on each trip. As a key member of the team you will assist the Pullman Head Chef to prepare, cook and serve passengers their pre-ordered meals and maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen areas.
Various hours available depending on the applicant, up to approx. 38 hours per week (may suit job share if you are looking for part time), to include weekends until 5th November. Own transport required due to location. Hours from 7.30am to 4pm at the latest.
